Diane received her Bachelor of Science degree from Monmouth University and proceeded to graduate from The Dietetic Internship at The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey with the Award for Clinical Excellence.  She’s a Registered Dietitian, a fitness expert, a culinary educator and the founder of Diane M. Henderiks R.D. and Associates LLC, a nutrition consulting company in Monmouth County New Jersey.  She has 6 office locations and a staff of 5 Registered Dietitians.  She specializes in diabetes management, weight management, eating disorders, heart healthy nutrition, pediatric, prenatal and postnatal nutrition and gastrointestinal disorders.  Diane instructs fitness & spin classes at area gyms and also teaches culinary classes, kids healthy eating and fitness workshops, supermarket tours and prenatal nutrition workshops.  Her practice also serves Monmouth Medical Center as nutrition consultant for their Bariatric Surgery Center. She had enjoyed 5 years of terrific success as owner of The Fitness Factory, a fitness and nutritional counselor center in Long Branch, New Jersey.  At The Fitness Factory she served as director, group fitness instructor, personal trainer and nutrition counselor.  In addition to serving as a nutrition consultant to most area physicians, Diane's own interests lie in creative low-fat cooking.
